RUMORED BUZZ ON JDM SUBARU ENGINE

Hi there, is there anyway to tell if this will likely get the job done in my car or truck? I have a 1996 B14 SE-R. I have swapped that has a bluebird motor prior to now, but I blew that motor. I have turboed two n/a motors which have been both of those absent. If I supplied my VIN would that enable be sure that I could invest in this motor securely
